    Best leave-In

    This is the best leave-in product for every single type of hair texture. It leaves hair manageable, soft, detangles well, and shine. I recommend to everyone. If you’re looking for something that’s not heavy and does a job with providing moisture and conditioning, as well as help with detangling and refreshing throughout the week, this is the product for you.

    A Miracle for sure

    One of the best products ever made! My hair tangles and knots easily and this product is a game changer. I can easily comb my hair after showering and throughout the day. I use it after every shower!

    I’ve been a loyal customer of It’s a 10 for years, so I was disappointed by how my recent issue was handled. My package was left in an unsecured location by the delivery carrier and was stolen. I contacted both the carrier and It’s a 10 to explain what happened, but received an impersonal response and no meaningful help.

    I asked whether a refund, replacement, or even the option to repurchase my items at the original sale price might be possible. None of these options was offered, and my follow-up received no response.

    I expected better from a company I’ve supported for so long. Please take customer concerns seriously and provide thoughtful, responsive service, not canned replies that leave loyal customers feeling ignored. For a multi million dollar company, you can afford to do better and stand by your customers.
