After Buyer’s order, has been submitted, a page will be displayed confirming that the order was received. An email confirming receipt of the order will also be sent to Buyer shortly after the order is submitted. It’s a 10 Haircare orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:00pm EST excluding major holidays). Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped. All orders are subject to authorization.
If an order was not shipped, was incorrectly shipped, is missing a product or contains a damaged or defective item, Buyer shall contact It’s a 10 Haircare Online Customer Service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days for assistance. It’s a 10 Haircare isn’t responsible for any unforeseen or Force Majeurd events. It's a 10 haircare is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once delivered by the carrier. Orders can be terminated or changed at any time within the sole discretion of It's a 10 Haircare. It’s a 10 Haircare reserves the right to refuse service at any time. Sale of any goods is subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse to process any order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or our customer service department may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
Free standard shipping applies to only orders within the United States.
Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands are not eligible.
It’s a 10 Haircare will only accept returns if the product is damaged and purchased on our E-Store (www.itsa10haircare.com) within 30 days of Buyers receipt of product via itsa10haircare.com. Products purchased on the E-Store (www.itsa10haircare.com) cannot be returned to an It’s a 10 Haircare distributor nor to a salon which sells It’s a 10 Haircare products. We do not accept returns from other retailers, only returns from our E-store itsa10haircare.com. Customers will have to return the items from where they originally purchased the products.
