    I purchased 4 of the Leave-In products. One arrived spilled and they denied my exchange because I did not provide photo of the box it arrived in. The return policy lists that a photo of the product is required in order to process an exchange. No where does it say that they need a photo of the box. I threw it away thinking it is not needed. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and this is the only time I requested an exchange. I’m beyond disappointed. They lost a loyal customer.
