  1. Apply Shampoo to wet hair with massaging motion.  Rinse thoroughly.
  2. After Shampooing, apply Conditioner generously throughout hair. Leave in for 2 to 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
  3. Spray Leave-In evenly from mid shaft to ends on towel dried hair.  Do not rinse out. Comb through and style as desired.

I have only used the shampoo and conditioner once so i cant talk about that but the package came pretty quickly, the leave in conditioner is really nice and you can definitely feel an improved difference in your hair quality.
