I’ve been a loyal customer of It’s a 10 for years, so I was disappointed by how my recent issue was handled. My package was left in an unsecured location by the delivery carrier and was stolen. I contacted both the carrier and It’s a 10 to explain what happened, but received an impersonal response and no meaningful help.

I asked whether a refund, replacement, or even the option to repurchase my items at the original sale price might be possible. None of these options was offered, and my follow-up received no response.

I expected better from a company I’ve supported for so long. Please take customer concerns seriously and provide thoughtful, responsive service—not canned replies that leave loyal customers feeling ignored. For a multi million dollar company, you can do better and stand by your customers.

I use this product in the larger sizes. I’m going out of town and had to buy for traveling. Love this product!
