Fried my hair

This conditioner smells VERY chemically. And it dried my hair out so bad after just 3 uses. The shampoo seems fine. I dont know uf I got a bad batch its horrible. And they have a no return policy. Waste of $$ and sanaged my hair. I do have fine hair so maybe thats the problem.
